SPOK - Terms of Service
These Terms of Use (“Terms) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the use of the website accessible at www.spok.xyz (“Site”). These Terms may be amended at the discretion of Argent Labs Ltd, doing business as “Ready” (“Ready”).
Service
Users can mint non-fungible tokens (“SPOKs”) via the Site using smart contracts and the other infrastructure provided (“Services”). A Ready wallet or other compatible account must be used to access the Services.
Availability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access to the Site may be suspended for any reason, including due to technical maintenance, migration or updates, or due to breakdowns or constraints in relation with the operation of the Internet.
Intellectual Property Rights
SPOKs
A SPOK is owned by the user that mints it, and then any subsequent holder, which means they can be traded, sold, and otherwise moved between wallets at the holder’s discretion. All other rights are reserved to Ready and/or its third party licensors (“3PL”), including any trademarks, copyright, design rights, logos and/or other intellectual property rights contained in a SPOK. 3PLs hereby grant to Ready a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use any content that it provides in connection with the Services (“3PL Content”) and each 3PL is solely responsible for their own 3PL Content. Ready is not a party to any transaction between users.
Site
Ready is the owner or is otherwise licenced to use all intellectual property rights related to the Site. Any content displayed or made available, such as text, logos, images, music, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Ready, its affiliates or its suppliers and is protected by English and international intellectual property law. Ready's names and logos are trademarks of Ready. Accordingly, users agree not to reproduce, represent, extract and use in any way any or all of Ready's trademarks, logos, or other content on the Site.
Disclaimer
Ready gives no warranty regarding the Site and to the maximum extent permitted by law accepts no liability whatsoever to users of the Site and/or 3PLs. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ready from and against any and all claims and liabilities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Between Ready, 3PLs and Site users, the SPOKs hold no monetary value. The information included on the Site is for informational purposes only, does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.
You must be 18 years or older and capable in your country of residence of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Site.
Ready reserves the right to refuse to mint or to destroy SPOKs that are in violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable laws. This includes any SPOKs that have been minted using automated means.

Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable such provision shall not affect any other part of these Terms. Failure to partially or fully exercise any rights shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
